occupational safety and health. Legislation is prepared by the MSAH
together with the Advisory Committee on the Preparation of
Occupational Safety Regulations.
The ministry and the Board for the Ratification of the Validity of Collective Agreements decide on the applicability of collective agreements in Finland.
